Putting is all about visualization, ‘feel,’ and focusing on a vivid picture of ball going in the hole – an ability that can only be developed with long-term, consistent practice. Clearly, not many of us have the physical skill to drive a ball like a Tour player, but almost anyone can putt like a Tour player with the right equipment, technique and commitment.

Correct and consistent practice builds strong neural pathways which lead to what is more commonly known as 'muscle memory,' - ‘the ability to reproduce a particular movement without conscious thought acquired as a result of frequent repetition of that movement.’

The best way to develop strong neural pathways around a discreet movement is to practice the desired skill in a blocked environment. In the case of putting, for example, perform the same swing  - the same way - until you can repeat it successfully without thought or attention.

The PUTTSTR8! Classic training device was designed to improve your putting by developing a sound consistent stroke by building this kind of 'muscle memory.'

PUTTSTR8! Classic is designed with two adjustable rails to accommodate a range of putter blade sizes. These rails help guide the putter and create an exercise regime aimed at developing a repeatable stroke that will generate the neural pathways needed to constantly execute a perfectly straight putt.

This process includes the repetitively controlled stroking with each arm separately, while holding the putter, followed by a similar movement with both arms. This optimized stroke - first without the use of a golf ball and then repeated with a ball, can then be taken out to the golf course with positive results.

PUTTSTR8! Classic is also specifically designed with a mirrored flat surface so you can set your distance from the ball using your eyes and shoulders. It also has a rail with a built-in arc of 70 degrees which is the proper angle when practicing putting.
